  • Can I be a part of a traditional Greek fraternity/sorority while in PhiDE?

Because we are a professional fraternity that is separate from the Intercultural Greek Council (IGC), Interfraternity Council (IFC), and Panhellenic Council (PHC), you are more than welcome to be a part of PhiDE, as well as another social or professional fraternity/sorority simultaneously.

  • When do you recruit?

We recruit at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters. Please visit our ‘Recruitment’ page for more details.

  • Are first-year Penn students able to rush in first-year Fall?

Yes! We are not a part of the Intercultural Greek Council (IGC), Interfraternity Council (IFC), and Panhellenic Council (PHC). Therefore, all first years are able to recruit in their first semester at Penn.
